He listened to my concerns, he borrowed a copy of the plans, and within a few hours he gave me a quote. The price was reasonable which is to say he beat most bids. Omar went over the details, gave me some options to cut down on the price without compromising the foundation, plus Omar's overall knowledge convinced me that Chavira Quality Concrete was the right company for the job. Couple days later, Omar and his crew showed up bright and early and on time to get started. A few days after I had my foundation for my patio, garage, and new slab to existing porch which was also part of the work. Plus, they cleaned up the job site! Omar also prepped me for the foundation inspection and he also found a couple things the architect missed on the plans. Even the architect was impressed. Amazing job!
